Nikki Vivion is a lifelong learner who is passionate about sharing her knowledge with students, especially the wild and wacky quirks of the natural world (current obsessions include octopuses and blobfish). With over two decades of experience as a teacher, coach, advisor, and mentor, she knows that every student can find success with the right support and an authentic commitment to the learning process. When not working with students, you will find Nikki taking a hike, playing a game like Wordle or Connections, or hanging with her cats.

"To be very careful when making assumptions! Sometimes, we have to make assumptions and that is perfectly okay, but we should always be transparent about what those are. Stating (what seems like) the obvious can make all the difference to someone coming at the issue from a different perspective!"
